We hired Artisan after we hired another roofing company to do repairs to our roof and had a bad feeling about it. Will from Artisan came out, did a full inspection, and confirmed it was a poor job. He got us on the schedule and the team got everything fixed correctly, which included pipe boot re-sealing after rectifying a leak repair and doing new chimney flashing. Will was responsive, went above and beyond, and got us prioritized after a poor experience with the other company. And he answered all our questions, which I admit were a lot after we were burned. We even got photos of every repair for peace of mind, which Will went over with us in person. Simply top notch. They go above and beyond!
