We offer a copy of our Certificate of Insurance upon request.

Yes! Unfortunately, we find installation errors on most of our roof inspections, and those small errors can lead to leaks and damage. A roof tune-up can help correct minor errors like nail pops, exposed nail heads, and improperly installed boots and vent covers.
At Artisan Quality Roofing, we keep our quotes as transparent and accurate as possible. Our thorough, honest inspections and well-researched quotes ensure there’s no surprise costs down the line.
You do not need to be home during the roof tune up or the repair as everything can be assessed and repaired from the exterior. We will take photos to document the project, close out payment through our office, and follow up a week later to check in.
We offer a 2-5 year workmanship warranty which protects against leaks or defects where we repaired your roof. Our official workmanship warranty is available upon request.
A roof tune-up takes an average of 2-4 hours depending on the size of your roof. Our crew will also send a text message when they are on their way to the property.
If you have a concern regarding your roof, we are happy to offer a free, no-obligation inspection and estimate. In rare circumstances, we need to charge a small service fee for realtors or formal inspection reports, but we will be sure to communicate this prior to scheduling an inspection. We know a lot of roofers in North Carolina go door-to-door offering free inspections with ulterior motives. That’s not our style. We like to help our customers make informed decisions with honest, thorough inspections and estimates – no strings attached.
