Warranty Coverage: 

Thank you for choosing Artisan Quality Roofing. We stand behind the quality of our products/services and offer a warranty to ensure your satisfaction. This document outlines the warranty coverage and the process for submitting a warranty claim.

Warranty Claims Process

If you encounter an issue covered under this warranty, you have two options to submit your claim:

Option 1: Standard Assessment

  • Submit a Warranty Claim: Please scroll up to the top of this page, click on the button “Start” and select option 1.
  • Regular Repair Calendar: You will be placed on our regular repair calendar for an assessment at no cost to you.
  • Assessment: Our team will visit your home to evaluate the based-on calendar availability and severity of problem.
  • No Charge: Warranty work will be covered at no additional cost
  • Charge: $85 will be charged after the visit if the issue is not job or warranty related. 

Option 2: Immediate Service

  • Submit a Warranty Claim: Please scroll up to the top of this page, click on the button “Start” and select option 2.
  • Immediate Service Fee: A before the visit service fee of $85 will apply if you choose this option.
  • Assessment: Our team will visit your home to assess the issue and aim for a closer time frame (usually within 72 hours of notification, excluding weekends/holidays.)
  • No Charge: Warranty work will be covered at no additional cost.
  • Charge: The $85 service charge will be applied to the final repair cost if you choose us.

Agreement

By submitting a warranty claim, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.
